Simple interior packaging, and love the USB-C charging connection! The color of the collar and receiver is black and blue which suits my taste well. The instructions on the purchase page are very useful. Through the instructions, I have a better knowledge about the process of using this product. I’ve also watched videos of a dog trainer explaining how to use this e-collar. It is helpful!!

I got it for my mom who has some trouble training her dogs. From what I heard, she absolutely loved it. The packaging was great and the instructions were easy to follow. I like how it’s not the same color as other Eufy products – most Eufy things are dark blue or light green, while this one is a washed blue and Orange.I got the two-packs form and I found it to be more functional than most of the two-packs collar I’ve used. I enjoyed the function of switching levels. Moreover, I love the function that each dog is matched with a fixed collar and you don’t have to change it. I found it MUCH higher quality than others. The charging connection is USB-C and the silicone contacts of this product are very soft. I believe this can protect my Kite’s skin very well.I think it would be helpful to have one for users.

I have owned a bunch of different collars, all have been junk. I own a few eufy security cameras and they are top notch so I rolled the dice hoping these collars would be just as good, well they are!, highly recommend!

I have used other e-collars before but this one is SPECIAL.I have two dogs and I usually find it difficult to switch from one dog to another with other e-collars. But for this product I found it to be more functional and easier to use. I love the ability that it stays on specific dogs with specific collar and specific level of vibration. You don’t have to change it once you set it up. It allows immediate correction of dog behaviors and can be easily distinguished between the two.Also, the overall design is good. The screen looks durable and I think it cannot be broken easily.I found my dogs behave well when using the collar. I will have to say that e-collars are amazing tools WHEN USED CORRECTLY ?
