I was debating between Eufy and Dyson. I ended up borrowing a dyson before buying this one. The Eufy is so much easier to maneuver and has equally suction power. Hands down choose this over a dyson! This is amazing for the constant toddler mess clean ups! My only complaint, it doesn’t just easily dock and charge, you have to plug the battery in. The dyson will charge on the docking station.

I started looking at Dyson stick vacuums but couldn’t rationalize the cost. Based on brand and experience with other products (we have a Eufy baby monitor and I’ve always trusted Anker brand products), I decided to purchase this vacuum. After 3 months of 2x/weekly use, we’re very pleased with the performance and value. It performs well on our hardwood floors, tile, and low pile carpets and rugs. Though we did encounter a quality issue, Eufy was quick to resolve with friendly and responsive customer service! Their brand promise came through again. They stand behind their product and care about their customers.We have a long-haired dog and the vacuum helps us quickly sweep up his hair. It wraps around the roller in the head, but we’re able to quickly pop out the roller and clear the hair. Perhaps because we’ve had to pop the roller out with each cycle, we encountered a quality issue. There’s a small plastic “door” that secures the end of the roller in the head. The door is opened by pressing a release button, and closed by snapping it back into place. We’re not sure how it occurred, but the “door” hinge broke, and we could no longer secure the roller (it doesn’t appear to be very strong plastic). We’re not sure if this had any effect on performance, since the roller’s contact with the ground essentially keeps it in place. Still it was loose. We reported the issue to Eufy and they immediately sent us an entire replacement unit (apparently they didn’t have a process to replace only the defect part). Now we have two working units!

Update 3/2021: THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNREAL-I moved my rating to 5 stars because of the customer service alone. The vacuum itself is cool but I don’t remember the last time I had service like this. My attachments started sticking and not coming off easily at all, like I couldn’t get them off. The customer service sent me a replacement vacuum and a prepaid mailer to send the old one back, but made sure I got the new one before I sent the old one back. THEN they sent me a free filter for the inconvenience. Great experience.Love how lightweight and easy to maneuver it is. Does a good job picking stuff up off the floor, the only complaint is with kids there’s often cheerio size items on the floor and it doesn’t get those as well. They have a tendency to get stuck between the tube and canister. Otherwise it does a good job cleaning carpet and hardwood and it’s lightweight and aesthetically pleasing. Love all the various attachments and the ease of swapping them out. The battery life is decent on normal suction. The second level of suction definitely drains the battery quick but overall happy with my purchase.

It was great at first, very lightweight and powerful, battery lasted a good while on medium, fairly short runtime on High speed, but that’s to be expected and comparable to other brands from what I hear. I had an issue with the stick though, the little plastic tab that keeps the stick attachment connected to the vacuum had sheared off somehow. It didn’t prevent me from being able to use the vacuum, but it would fall apart sometimes when I hung it on the wall or took it up the steps. I contacted support via email, they got back with me within a few days and asked for a picture, then a short video of the damage. After that, they arranged for me to send my defective product (in full) back for a replacement. I sent mine back a few days later when I was able to get to the post office, and about a week later I received a brand new vacuum. Support was great, although responses usually came in the middle of the night from them. Overall though, it was very positive, despite not having a vacuum for about a week. They were very understanding and were easy to understand in their emails.Hopefully the vacuum will not break again any time soon

The Vacuum cleaner is so perfect for me, I have some few points I can share to youPros:1. The Engine sound is not too Noisy to make my cat feel Scary(while I am cleaning the room with my cat in it )2. it does have a lite weight (At least lite than a Dyson vacuum cleaner )3. removable battery pack allow me to charge anywhere in my house so I don’t have to stay in a one spot to wait for my battery charged4. Suction power is so enough even I open the power save mode to in order to clean my whole home5. They do have a tiny light of the fount in the main brush so that I can easily to see which place still have Dust (This point is very important when your home is using a deep color floor )6. This company is under Anker so I don’t really need to worry about the Quality btw they do offer 2Yr of Warranty for the vacuum itself (1Yr for the battery pack )Cons:1. The Battery Capacity is a little bit lower than I Expect only have 2500mah and if they have the next Generation of homevac I hope they can make more capacity

Once I do carpet, I turn it on max and notice the battery drains a lot more. So if you live in a large house, with a decent mix of carpet and hard floors, it might not be able to go through the place in a single charge. As far as just needing to focus on a single living area without needing to haul a large corded vacuum, it’s very nice to have. I think the price does justify what you’re getting but if you live in a large house with a lot of carpet and you’re the type that likes to vacuum the whole house in a single go, this vacuum alone might not workout.

This is absolutely a great purchase. The suction is great and picks up dirt with ease. LED lights are really helpful when cleaning dark areas. It comes with attachments for different cleaning applications. I also like that the battery is designed to be detachable. All in all, I’m very satisfied. I would buy another one if needed.

I read lots of reviews before buying this, including the negative ones. I’m really glad we bought this. We used to have the old hand held dust buster, this is a huge upgrade. We’ve had this for about three months now. We use it all the time (almost daily). I love how versatile it is. I don’t have to bend over to get the crumbs on the floor any more, the attachments are great. It is maneuverable getting around chairs and table legs. I love that you can disconnect the long tube at the top or the bottom. The suction is good, not amazing, but it does the job. Some negative reviews say that it constantly gets clogged, this is only true if you are trying to suck up large things, like big fully popped popcorn. If it’s pieces of popcorn, it will handle it fine. The battery life is great. We mounted it to the back of a closet door and it’s perfect there. You’ll be glad you bought it!
