They were so helpful and replaced the camera with no issues. I would also like to note we had ADT come in and install some sensors to our doors and windows and the ADT guy uses Eufy cameras over the ADT cameras! That definitely says something. We are planning on getting the Eufy door bell and door lock as well. Can’t say anything bad about these products or company.

I am always skeptical of true wireless devices. I have seen other wifi camera systems constantly disconnect and require fiddling with manual restarts etc to get them reconnected. This is not ideal especially if you are on vacation or away from the house.The Eufy system however was extremely easy to set-up, I have not had a camera lose connection yet, and the quality seems great also. It has been about 4 months since I have installed them and the batteries are still doing great. The app is simple and easy to use.I wish there was a setting where I could put all of the live feeds on the screen at the same time, kind of like you see at a security guard station. Would definately recommend.

I purchased the 4 camera system and love it. There is no monthly fees although they do offer 24/7 monitoring service where they monitor your cameras and call you or the police when there is suspicious activity. I might consider ordering that service. Regarding my setup: I am hosting these cameras in Apple HomeKit. It notifies me and my wife when it detects motion. I has a built in alarm that would startle any would be criminal lurking around my property at night. It records clips of any motion detected and always send notification to my phone. It has geocoding that allows it to switch automatically to AWAY mode when we are away from out home. The video quality is crystal clear even at night. Home Kit reduces the resolution to 1080p but it is still superior quality video. It can distinguish between Cars, People and Animals. You can set the system to only react movement in specific customizable zones as well as ignore animals or other objects while reacting to people. What was really remarkable to me was the fact that I was able to mount a camera on my shed that is pretty far from my house and still have a strong wireless connection to the base. In addition, even thought the camera is mounted on the my shed, giving me a full view of my entire house, I am still able to digitally zoom in for closeups. This is really an awesome security camera system!PS: The entire system is super easy to setup. The packaging was of high quality. The cameras themselves are solid and heavy. It shows that they did not skimp on materials. So far, I have had the cameras installed for about a month with no issues. I researched for a long time, watched many YouTube videos comparing. various systems, but I believe this system is the best available. I f you are looking for something that’s easy to install, works if Home Kit, Alexa and others, and comes with zero monthly service fees, look no further!

I’ve used Anker products for a while and have been happy with all of them. I was surprised that they made the Eufy security system. Had been looking for outside cameras for a while. Particularly wireless. I took a chance during a special. All I have to say is wow. Super easy to setup and the cameras are really sharp. See the photos. Still working on tweaking the sensitivity(motion detection) and learning the system. I’ve only had them up a few days. Will update after we get through the winter to see how they hold up. Also purchased the skins to protect the shells of the camera. It also makes them less visible. The only complaints is that they should have included some extra mounting hardware, plastic clips. Be careful installing you only get one piece each. It also would have been nice to include a charger for the cameras instead of recommending you plug them into the base. Fortunately I have several USB chargers.

I was skeptical about having a system that doesn’t continuously record but so far I have been pleased. They have been up for over a month and still have full charge. My wifi is so good the cameras reach outside on my shed. Impressed so far. So is my hubby who didn’t want non wired cameras. I went with eufy because we bought a eufy robo vacuum 3 years ago and have loved it so figured their cameras would be just as good. Glad to see we were not wrong. We were most impressed with picture quality.

I liked these cameras so much I’ve bought even more since my original purchase.They have a really nice picture, and the range is great. We have acreage, and I have some of the cameras over an acre away with just 1 bar short of full strength.Battery life seems good so far, I’ve only had them for a couple of months but they’re all over 80% still.
