Just put these through there paces, and let me say, belive the hype!!! Sound is great, presentation in box is great. The included hard case rivals the more expensive headphones at a fraction of the price. I have to add I was considering purchasing a Bose or Audio-Technica headphones but so glad I looked into these further. I listened to house, hip hop and Salsa music and the clarity on all levels were great. The Base Up mode works fantastic without making them sound muddled. Haven’t tried a call on them yet but sure that won’t be an issue. If your on the fence, as I originally was, do yourself the favor and just get these and save that extra money for the holidays. These are rated one of the best on Amazon for a reason.

Wow!! First let’s get something out of the way that wouldn’t be at first obvious… I tried many many over the ear headphones, from Bose Quiet Comfort 2 to Plantrontics, all rated to be some of the best. However at their price points they still had some issues from Bluetooth range (Bose) to sounding electronic (Plantronics). I was determined to see if something that cost less could be just as good. For wins we’re pretty nice, but super big and a bit heavy at 150$ then I found these for half that!!! At this point I wasn’t hopeful at all as each headphone previously tried just didn’t really make me feel like I’d found a real winner. Now that has all changed! Are these perfect in all categories… frankly yes. Are they better than the brands above in some specific areas… no, but as a whole they outshine all the others. This company has made a great pair of headphones and I’m so happy to say I’ve finally found something this good. I would pay double for these even. 🙂

Comparison of 6 Headphones of similar price & featuresI’ve tested a bunch of headphones in the $40-60 range so I may come back to this review with others in mind. My objective was to find a really strong audio performance for music, so I did not evaluate Noise Cancelling (did try it but didn’t test it comparatively and it seemed to work OK on all of them) or use the mike. All of these can be used with a phone and can answer calls, again not a feature tested. I tested each with a specific playlist that included variations in dynamics, bass and treble emphasis including songs with substantial changes and mixes, and different genre including pop, rock, prog rock, and acapella. I used a Macbook Pro laptop and iTunes, I experimented with different Equalizer settings to get the best sound with each headset.Soundcore Q20 – $59.99* Ultimately these are the headphones I decided to stick with.and gave them 5 stars for sound in the price category. Most comfortable, seems to be the better made, bass not as boomy as on the NC35 good fidelity. I used my equalizer to tone the bass down and liked these a lot; for those wanting to go the other way they do have a bass boost that was nice in the right places. I wanted to like them better than the Monoprice set but honestly the Monoprice is so close it’s very subjective. I liked the heavier feel and better fit, the sound once I equalized it was really good. However I notice in addition that these have the best Bluetooth performance of the bunch; I can be as much as ten feet farther from my laptop and still have good sound, whereas the others would be breaking up or offering no sound. So in a close competition the slightly higher price didn’t really matter and the solid feel and comfort did, the sound was the best in the group though the Monoprice and the Vankyo were very competitive.Cowin E-7 $49.99* Comfortable and interesting control setup. But I could not get them to enter the pairing mode and the instructions were very unhelpful. I tried them corded to the computer and was not impressed with the sound. Overall it was muddy at every frequency. The bass was strong but not distinct. Eventually they did enter pairing and the sound was no better. I would not buy these even if I had been able to pair them at first. UPDATE: Their customer service has reached out to me more than once to offer me a better product at no added cost and suggest that perhaps this headset was defective. Since I am settled on what i have I’ve declined but they do have good customer service.Srhythm NC25 headphones $38.29* The bass was overdone and overtopped the treble and mids; rendered a bit of a muddy sound. Not bad really but I would suggest you can do better for the money. See Monoprice BT-300 and Vankyo C-750.Srhythm NC35 headphones $46.49* Clear, really good sense of position for every instrument and voice, good battery. I bought these right after buying the earlier/lower line Srhythm NC25 headphones. Compared to those these feel and look about the same but sound noticeably better. Understand I like a strong bass but the NC25 boomed enough to drown out some of the other sounds especially the treble. Overall they gave a muddy sound to a lot of music. By contrast while that can happen any well-produced track has far less booming and just a good base, and the amount of L-R separation, the precision with which sound location varies on these is really quite excellent.Monoprice BT-300ANC – $39.99* I tried these as Consumer Reports rate them a best buy. Not as comfortable or as solid feeling as the Soundcore but not bad. Less effective ear seal. Very good treble response and generally pretty well balanced sound. If you want booming bass this not your choice, but if you are looking for “fidelity” and balance these are pretty good. However the battery is 300 mah and the manual says 17 hours operation, the shortest of any in the group. Tempting at the price; a good buy for the money. If you are looking for low cost headphones these are worth your consideration as the sound rises above the price.Vankyo C-750 $44.99* in silver, 25% discount mades these very attractive option! They are very comfortable and noticeably lighter than the Soundcore. BT range typical for the group. Sound is good, not superb. 40 Hr claimed charge. I would say I was torn between these and the Soundcore, they have a nice bright sound and did fine with bass. I suspect I could equalize to get close to the sound the Soundcore produced but in the end I felt the Soundcore was just a little better and the $15 lower price just isn’t enough to make me switch.*Prices shown are the actual cost at Amazon including coupon discounts but excluding tax; all got free Prime shipping.

This q20 model is the way to go excellent audio rivaling the exalted sony 1000xm3 headphones which I briefly owned. The value versus the price is nothing short of astounding. I consider myself qualified to make this judgment being a former musician and audiophile. The ANC is also very good in my opinion there is no need to purchase bose or sony they are overpriced and to tell you the truth I expected the sound to be better based on reviews I was surprised that I actually prefer the comfort and performance of the anker q20.

I had bought some Anker earbuds and they were awesome. But I lost them. So I decided to try a headset for my husband. This headset is amazing and I can’t believe for the price. He used them for meetings. When you have them on, you can’t hear anything only what is coming through the speaker.Connects well no issues. This product is #1 in my book and it gives me confidence to purchase other Anker products. Thanks Anker.

Decided to upgrade my headphones after working from home for a few days due to COVID. My other headphones worked great but did not have noise cancellation. After reading many reviews I decided on the Anker and have not been disappointed. The noise cancellation works great even if you are not playing any audio and the microphones pick up your voice while cutting out the background noise and doesn’t make you sound as though you were in a cave. I have used these via bluetooth on my Android devices and by audio cable on my laptop and both work above expectations.

I needed noise cancelling headphones I could use as a headset and these fit the bill. Sound quality is respectable for music, podcasts, and for phone calls (on both ends), the battery charges quickly and lasts a long time, and the earpads are very comfortable. I can wear it all day without issues. The only downside is that it may not be snug enough if you have a smaller head, as even the smallest setting is a little loose for me. This won’t be an issue for most people. In short, Anker knocked it out of the park again with the Q20 headphones.

I’ve actually never owned a great pair of headphones. I use the ones that come with my phone. I have wanted a good pair of noise canceling headphones for quite a while though, because I’m a mom. And my kids are annoying. But they’re so expensive, I didn’t want to splurge.Enter these Anker headphones. I can crank up Rocket or Gods of War with these babies, close my eyes, and pretend I’m at a Def Leppard concert. (I should mention there aren’t many places I’d rather be.) My family has to stand in front of me waving their arms to get my attention.I am not a person who walks around town in headphones, but if I did, I wouldn’t wear these, for fear of not hearing a car or bike about to run me down. I do like to listen to audiobooks, or if I’m reading, sometimes classical music to drown out said annoying kids. And dogs. When I work out, I use earbuds because they don’t get sweaty, fall off, or get in the way, but I’d definitely use these for activities involving less movement (spinning or weights). When I put these on solely to drown out external noise (without listening to music), they are OK, though I can’t compare them to really expensive noise canceling headphones, having never tried them.Bottom line: for $60, these are fantastic. I did get the case to go with them, and I’m glad I did. These are not space-saving headphones, but the case is protective and holds the charging cable and audio cable. I do actually use that sometimes, so I can plug it into my Roku remote and listen to the TV through them. So happy with this purchase–if they last as long as I hope they do, I highly recommend!

So, I had a lot of headphones I was considering. I have the Bose q35 and that is how I am going to rate these to compare.I had high Hope’s, and guess what? I was floored that these cancel out just as much background noise as the Bose ones, and for $60.00 bucks with a case to go along with it? I say yes, go for them. The noise cancelling can be shut off by holding a button down on the left side, it can boost bass by pushing the middle button on the right side twice. Has good volume and to me, has great sound. If you want studio sound, break your piggy bank and go for the high end headphones if it makes you feel better, but you will not be disappointed at these for a fraction of the cost.My head isn’t small nor is it built like an elephant size, maybe slightly bigger than average and my ears are normal size and they are absolutely comfortable.I mostly got these for work (I thought using Bose headphones for work is a waste of good money, so that’s why the purchase was made for these) for the hands free bluetooth option and people could hear me just fine and I have to remember that it’s on active noise cancelling because I can’t hear myself and feel as if I’m yelling because of it.Overall it surpassed my expectations for the past week of using them over eight hours daily for work, music and hooking up to my Samsung Q-led is done at a snap of a finger.I am a happy camper and am glad I chose these hidden gems.
