Bought this for beach and poolside Sunday swims since it is waterproof. Thankfully have not had to test that capability yet. The sound quality is rather decent compared to our old Bose speaker, and another cheap one we have. Connecting devices is simple and easy. However, the range is limited to roughly 10 feet. One day while washing the car with the speaker at the front, I couldn’t go more than halfway down the side before the sound became distorted or the phone disconnected.
