I bought brand new Anker product and this is what I received… it’s like it was used before. Anker packaging is clean and good, but the 2 anker cables I bought and received are not the same as the things I previous bought.Edit:Still charge my iPad pro 12.9 in 2.5hrs. So it worked how it should be.Edit 2:The customer service reached out to me because of my initial reviewand replaced the first item I got. I just used the new cable that was sent to me last October 5, and yes! I’m really happy about the new item. When I opened it, it didn’t look like it was used or opened and the best thing is, I tired charging my iPad pro 12.9 with 35% battery, it was fully charged exactly 1.5hrs. I’m really happy with this. Thank you once again for reaching out to me and making my experience with Anker better. I always go back to your products.

I’ve been using Anker products since 2012. I own over 30 anker charging cables. They varies from 12 volt powerline USB-c, lightning, micro usb to 65 volt USB-c charging cables. All comes with unlimited lifetime warranty. The claim process for replacement cables were quick & easy. All cables will eventually break or die with heavy usage. ANKER is one of only a few company that truly stand behind their warranty. P.S I also own 6 power banks, and some wireless earbuds from anker. It’s really good.

I got this cable to charge my 2018 Matebook X Pro after the wires started poking out of my previous charger and it became an electrical hazard. I got this one because it should hopefully be more durable with the braided material. The power output, 60W, is slightly less than the original charger for the laptop (62W I think) so the charging isn’t that quick, but it gets the job done and is a high quality cable. I appreciate how long it is, it looks sleek, and with the braided material I expect it to last a long time. I’ve had it for about 2 months and it’s still working great. It is a bit pricey since it doesn’t even come with an adapter but I’d say it’s worth the money for the quality you get. I recommend it!

I’ve been purchasing Anker products since the first launched on Amazon and the old adage “you get what you pay for” never holds trewer with charging cables. I’ve updated along with their newest products (ie power line – power line pro 3) and with 6 cell phone owners in my house we have owned dozen of Anker charging cables. The one time I did have an issue I cont5them along with the serial number on the cable and a new one arrived three days later no questions asked. This is without a doubt their most durable cable and best looking as well.As a 12 volt technician I suggest Anker to all of my clients for use with their Android auto or Apple car play.Spend the extra few bucks and get the best!

I have a 12″ Space Gray Mac Book and I picked up the Anker 30W PIQ 3.0 a few months ago as it’s much more compact then the apple 30w power adapter. So I decided to buy this USB C to USB C cable to match the all black look. It’s so much nicer than the white apple cables that look dirty and dingy after a few months use. These two items are a match made in heaven. The cable looks to be very well built and not cheap looking. I also like the fact that it includes an attached piece of velcro to help keep your cables organized when thrown in your laptop bag. This paired with he 30w Anker power adapter is a great match. No problems with charging my MB.

Bought this for my M1 iPad Pro since the included charging cable is short/brittle etc.The cable fast charges the iPad flawlessly. It also charges my Anker Power Core III very well too.I’ve been a fan of Anker ever since my buying my first cable from them a couple years ago and gladly tout about them to my friends.I’ve been lucky to never have had an item of theirs fail on me.So I’ve never used customer service yet but from what I read around their customer service is fantastic and they will back you up.Anker keep up the good work.

This cable is amazingly well made. If you have some premium phone, tablet, etc device, and you want to keep the whole ecosystem with a ultra high end look and feel, this is your cable. The braiding looks great, the whole cable just says this is the best.I’m not sure about the value proposition at the price, which is high. Under normal use, is it actually any different in data or charging performance, and is it more durable? Without real testing, nobody knows. But in the meantime, it’s looking great.

I got the 6ft braided USB-c to USB-c for $30. Expensive but the cable is noticeably high quality and much more impressive than I expected from previous Anker cables. Looking forward to the 10ft variation.

I’ve had Anker cables die on me in the past but this one is of noticeably higher quality. The nylon is very tightly knit making the cable appear noticeably slimmer but also more resistant to fraying. The rubber caps at the end of both heads are sturdy but also flexible, allowing for a longer bend life.

I recently purchased the Galaxy S20 Ultra and realized one of the worst aspects of the phone was the charging cable. It’s ridiculously short, and I was spoiled by my 6ft braided Anker USB-C to USB-A cable I had for my Galaxy s9+. I thought I could use it again, but they changed some things a bit and to use the proper charging end, it needed a USB-C to USB-C cable. I knew Anker was the place to go. Once again, I am NOT disappointed. I finally have enough cable length to be able to charge my phone almost anywhere, the sturdiness of the braided cable is even higher quality than my old Anker cable AND I’ve still got “Super fast charging” while using it. Highly recommend this cable especially if you want something more practical for your S20+ Ultra phone. It isn’t listed under the compatibility, but it is. ?
