I bought this for traveling, specifically to charge my phone and Kindle while flying, and I had no problems getting it through TSA in my carry on luggage. I was able to get 2 full charges on my phone and full charge on my 10″ Kindle Fire HD and still had about half the battery left according to the capacity lights on the top of it. This charger has some nice texture on the top, but is smooth on the back which can make it a little slippery, so take care when handling. All in all it’s a good little battery unit, I would buy again.

I own several portable batteries, as in on the go allot for work. Pretty much all of the batteries I own are made by Anker. I’m loyal to the company because they routinely turn out top of the line batteries, but this one really exceeded my expectations. First – appearance!! They made it look stylish and SO slim and light. Battery life is exceptional and finally – a USB C to USB C charger!! With the Anker provided charging cord I’m able to get to 90% battery from zero on my Samsung Galaxy note 9 in about 1:40. This is pretty much exactly how long it takes me with a wall charger. Could not be happier with this purchase.
